Warranty & Returns Policy
Change of mind
If you receive your Kiwi EcoNet order and have a change of mind, please contact us immediately before using the product.
Returned rolls must be unused, unopened, clean, dry, and in re-saleable condition. For change-of-mind or suitability returns, return freight is at the customer’s cost. A restocking or handling fee may also be deducted from any refund or credit.
We cannot accept returns more than 14 days after delivery, after the baling season has ended, or where a customer has used part of an order and later wants to return the remaining rolls because they are surplus, no longer needed, or not in a condition EcoNet Store can resell as new stock. Examples include rolls that are dirty, wet, damaged, weather-exposed, missing their original jute bag, or affected by storage conditions.
Product concerns during use
If you believe there is an issue with a particular roll, please stop using that roll and contact EcoNet Store as soon as possible.
We may ask for photos, video, batch details, and information about storage, baler setup, crop, moisture conditions, and use. Depending on the circumstances, EcoNet Store may provide advice, replacement, credit, or refund.
If EcoNet Store agrees that a roll should be replaced or refunded because of a product issue, we will cover the reasonable freight costs involved.
Defective product or recall
If EcoNet Store confirms a product defect or initiates a recall, we will contact affected customers and arrange an appropriate remedy. This may include replacement, refund, or credit.
Where a defect or recall is confirmed, EcoNet Store will meet reasonable freight costs and advise whether the product needs to be returned or retained.
Before returning product
Please contact EcoNet Store before returning any product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
This policy is intended to be fair and practical. It does not allow for bulk orders to be partly used and then returned because of a change of mind, lost baling work, end-of-season surplus, or other circumstances unrelated to a product issue.
